Furniture4U & Decor will only accept a return if the Product is damaged or have received a wrong Product. Furniture4U & Decor does not take title to the refunded item.
You can only return an item if it’s damaged or have received the wrong product. Product must not be assembled and not in an open box condition. Can be returned if it has not been installed and is returned in the original packaging. In rare cases, you might have to pay the restocking fee.
When your product arrives, please Check the box for damage. Make sure the product name and model number match your order confirmation. If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, contact us within 24hrs via email so we can proceed with the exchanging process. Once your Item/product is installed, it cannot be returned.
Refunds and exchanges are not applicable on final sale items. Returns are subject to a return-shipping fee, depending on area and time, contact sales for further information. Refunds will be processed based on the original method of payment. We can only offer refund if customer will notify 4 to 5 days prior to scheduled delivery excluding custom made orders, secondly, we can offer you a refund if the product is no longer in stock. Furniture4U & Decor can give 10% off on a similar or identical product if original product is not in stock.
Customize items are non-refundable. Once custom product is ordered from the manufacturer, order cancellations (including cancellation due to product delays from the manufacturer) will not be allowed and also non-refundable.
